GTC transferred and supported experience and knowledge accumulated in the field of green and climate technology policy research and climate technology cooperation with Kazakhstan. Starting with the signing of a business agreement with Kazakhstan's IGTIC for green and climate technology policy consulting, green ICT commercialization cooperation, and Eurasia climate technology cooperation foundation, we transferred experience and expertise in climate technology policy and cooperation projects to Kazakhstan. This has set a precedent for simultaneously transferring technologies and policies related to climate change to developing countries.

In the mid- to long-term international cooperation plan, three strategies were presented: the R&D Frontier Strategy, the Diffusion Strategy, and the Green Technology Infrastructure Strategy to enhance global green international cooperation capabilities led by IGTIC.

In addition, in collaboration with GTC-IGTIC-ETRI, an international conference was held under the theme of "Korea-Kazakhstan Green ICT Cooperation and Business Prospects" (18.12), and the work of promoting the advancement and commercialization of Korea's excellent smart city technology in Kazakhstan was confirmed.

In the future, we will conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects for the transfer and commercialization of smart city technologies in Kazakhstan, which will contribute to promoting the entry of green ICT technologies into Kazakhstan and laying the foundation for northern economic cooperation.
