Green Technology Center hosts booth at the 2nd Government-Funded Research Institute Festival of Technology

From Jan. 28th to 31st, the Green Technology Center hosted a booth at the 2nd Government-Funded Research Institute (GFRI) Festival of Technology hosted the by National Research Council of Science & Technology (NST), and organized by Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP).


 The 2nd Festival of Technology was held under the theme of “Outcomes of Government-Funded Research! Future of Korea!” and 25 institutes participated to celebrate 50 years of government investment in Korean science and technology. The festival consisted of an NST experience center, an exhibition hall for the top 10 outcomes of GFRIs, a Tech-Fair, and other events at Daejeon Convention Center.


GTC introduced its own policy research projects, exhibiting and distributing 25  reports and publications at the booth in the NST experience center.


In addition, GTC offered visitors of all ages the chance experience green technology by making cotton candy with a bicycle-powered machine, and by making products using recycled resources.


GTC will continue to promote scientific culture to the public and to introduce its own research projects by participating in science and technology fairs.
