Green technology professionals under one roof – Korea & China experts joint workshop
A joint workshop was held at T-mark Hotel, Chungmuro, where Korea and China shared green technology policies and identified their directions.
Green Technology Center (GTC, President: Dr. Changmo Sung) organized the ‘ Korea-China Experts Joint Workshop’ on August 27 at the Tmark Hotel in Chungmuro to identify policy status of Korea and China through understanding policy trends in green technology and their prospect of both countries.
Session 1 chaired by Dr. Jin-Seok Yoo from GTC thematized the ‘trend and prospect of low carbon green technology policy of China and Korea’ with the presentations of the experts.
Prof. Sungjin Kang chaired the session 2 including the presentations and panel discussions of the participating experts on the theme of ‘China-Korea’s cooperation in green technology’. The professionals from Korea and China addressed greenhouse gas mitigation, climate change adaptation and environmental conservation & management.
Experts in green technology policy from both countries presented development directions of future green technology, searched for mutual cooperation issues in the field of green technology and industry and laid down a foothold for their policy cooperation.
