The workshop was a follow-up discussion of the workshop held in Hunan, China from March 25th to 26th. The theme of the workshop was on the "Measures to finance the IP climate fund for projects to enhance energy efficiency and improve new renewable technologies in Asia-Pacific region.

The President of GTC, Sung Chang-mo delivered the welcoming remarks and the chief researcher Hyung-ju Kim presented on "GTC's Climate Technology Cooperation Model and Activities" in the first session.

Additionally, the GTC also signed "GTC-HILCC (Hunan Innovative Low Carbon Center) MoU" to further promote the cooperation to seek for efficient measures to establish a mechanism to transfer domestic green technologies and maintain closer cooperation with the HILCC.
