From the planning stage of the climate technology cooperation project, GTC plans and operates customized support programs for companies and developing countries by analyzing local technology needs in advance, selecting companies that meet their needs, and conducting preliminary training and mentoring for practical technology transfer and commercialization.

A domestic company with smart city technology supports Vietnam and Uganda(Jinja City) to sign a contract worth a total of $4 million, and Vietnam is participating in the creation of smart cities in connection with local companies. In addition, Uganda has supported registration in developing countries as the first Internet service provider in the country's smart city sector.

Through the climate technology localization support project, we planned and supported three projects in cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises, and supported the entry of climate technology into Bhutan (waste), the Philippines (waste), and Vietnam (water treatment). It also supports SMEs to utilize the Korea International Cooperation Agency's (KOICA) Creative Technology Solution (CTS) business resources. We supported the advancement of technology considering local demand in three countries: Bangladesh (water treatment technology), Mongolia (waste oil heating), and Indonesia (medical waste treatment).

Meanwhile, it was selected as the implementation agency of the Seoul Green Industry Promotion Project and secured the foundation for the operation of Green Info Lab, Green Biz Lab, and Green Tech Shop for three years from 2019 and support for small and medium-sized enterprises related to green and climate technology in Seoul.

GTC will strengthen the international cooperation and technology transfer support system in the field of climate technology with local governments and related organizations to help small and medium-sized domestic climate technology enter the overseas market and contribute to job creation and industrial revitalization.
